  1. Sieve the besan flour into a bowl and mix the milk until you get a thick batter.
  2. Heat the ghee and drop boondis into the ghee.
  3. Allow the boondis to fry until golden brown.
  4. Make a three string sugar syrup and add a pinch of orange color.
  5. Coat the boondis with this syrup and stir in the nuts.
  6. Once the mixture cools, shape it into ladoos.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
