Instructions
  1. Knead the flour, water, ghee, and salt into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into round balls and flatten.
  2. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the stuffing.
  3. Flatten out the dough between your palms and place some filling in the center.
  4. Wet the edges and bring together to enclose the filling. Pinch to seal.
  5. Roll out this stuffed ball to smoothen, dip in dry flour and roll out as thinly as you can without tearing.
  6. Heat a pan, lower the heat and place one parantha over it. When the edges start lifting and browning, take some ghee and make a trail along the outer edge of the parantha and some on the surface. Flip and brown on both sides. Make the rest of the parathas in the same manner.
  7. Serve hot.
