Instructions
Begin by setting the oven to preheat at 350°F.
Meanwhile mix together the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste and mix well.
Place the uncooked loaf in a greased baking dish so that it holds the shape of a loaf.
In another bowl mix the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup till combined and the pour it over the loaf.
Bake the loaf at 350°F for about an hour.
