- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef*
- 1 egg
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup

- Begin by setting the oven to preheat at 350°F.
- Meanwhile mix together the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper according to your taste and mix well.
- Place the uncooked loaf in a greased baking dish so that it holds the shape of a loaf.
- In another bowl mix the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup till combined and the pour it over the loaf.
- Bake the loaf at 350°F for about an hour.
