Toastin’ Around
Delicious French toast sticks topped with pureed strawberries.
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Whisk in the milk until well blended.
  3. Dip the bread sticks into this mixture.
  4. Coat a skillet with cooking spray, heat it and fry the bread strips for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Puree the strawberries and syrup in a food processor.
  6. Top the toast sticks with this puree and serve!
