  1. In a pressure cooker add a little oil; drop in the whole spices and sauté the onion, tomato, ginger and garlic.
  2. Add beef and stir fry till onions are brown.
  3. Add 2 to 3 cups of water and cook the beef till it’s almost cooked.
  4. Now add the other meats, add a little more water and cook till meats are nearly done.
  5. Then add the vegetables, slit green chili. Cook till done, about 7-10 minutes.
  6. Finally add the boiled macaroni with 3 to 4 tablespoon milk (optional) and salt to taste.
  7. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
