MINT SAUCE
Another classic sauce which has been chronicled many a time, but I recently made it and found it so good, I cannot resist mentioning it.
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Dissolve the Demerara sugar in the vinegar, with the aid of the boiling water. Pour over the mint and mix. If you feel it is too dry, or not sharp enough, adjust with a little more malt vinegar.
