  1. Soak 18 bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour.
  2. In the meanwhile, shell and devein prawns, leaving the tails intact.
  3. Line the prawns and zucchini onto skewers.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Place the kebabs in a single layer on a medium dish and top with the juice-oil mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove kebabs from juice mixture, reserving the mixture.
  8. Grill or barbecue the kebabs until prawns are cooked through, brushing occasionally with reserved juice mixture.
  9. Serve.
