Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, kernel corn, mexicorn, green onions, chilies and jalapeno pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar and stir into corn mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with additional green onions.
  5. Serve with chips.
