Ingredients
- 300 g torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup frozen corn thawed
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 130 g Smoked Turkey Breast coarsely chopped
- 425 g black beans rinsed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup red onions chopped
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- ½ cup Thick & Chunky Salsa

Instructions
- Take a salad platter and place over it lettuce topped with corn, tomato, turkey breast, black beans, cheese and red onions.
- In a bowl mix the salsa and dressing.
- Drizzle the salsa-dressing mix over the salad just before serving.
