Mawa Cake Recipe (Hindi)

Instructions
  1. अवन को १८० डिग्री सेलसियस पर गरम कर लें।
  2. एक कटोरे में मैदा, चीनी, मक्खन, खोया, वनीला एसेन्स, और बेकिंग पाउडर मिलालें।
  3. अब कटोरे में अण्डे डाल कर फिरसे मिलांए। अगर बैटर गाढ़ा लगे तो उसमें दूध मिलाकर उसे पतला कर लें।
  4. मफ़िन के सांचों को मक्खन लगाकर चिकना कर लें और उनमें थोड़ा मैदा या आटा छिड़क लें।
  5. बैटर को मफ़िन के सांचों में डालें और २०-२५ मिनट के लिए बेक करें।
  6. गरमा गरम परोसें या फिर एयर-टाईट डब्बे में डाल कर रख लें।
