- 1 pound roast pork belly cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 pound Chines broccoli
- 2 large cloves Garlic peeled and smashed
- 2 bird's eye chillies smashed
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- fish sauce to taste

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the pork belly for a minute.
- Add the broccoli, garlic, chillies and oyster sauce and stir.
- Add the sugar and sauté for a minute.
- Season with the fish sauce and serve
