Mango Ice Cream Recipe

July is known as World Ice Cream Month, which means that every meal needs to be accompanied with ice cream and every time you eat ice cream, it needs to be absolutely delicious. Then again, ice cream is always delicious. And because we were getting tired of trying to find the perfect ice cream for every single day, we decided to make our own ice cream. It’s really easy, it takes less than 5 ingredients to make and a total of two hours, most of that time is when the ice cream is setting in the freezer.

And here’s the thing that most people don’t realise about ice creams, you don’t need an ice cream machine! This is absolutely free of churning and requires nothing but elbow grease and a little effort. No-churn ice cream is the best discovery since… sliced bread, and we attest to this. So here we go, make your own mango ice cream!

Instructions
  1. Beat the mangoes to a pulp, leaving a few pieces here and there if possible
  2. Add the condensed milk into the blender and mix it together properly
  3. On the side, beat the fresh cream and then add the mango mixture
  4. Mix it all together properly and pour it into a freezer safe dish
  5. Freeze for about 2-3 hours and then serve!
Recipe Notes

You can top it with almost anything, chopped mangoes, powdered cinnamon, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce. Anything that makes you happy, makes the mango ice cream taste delicious!
