This brilliant scotch cocktail combines ginger beer and candied ginger!
Fill a high-ball glass with ice. Add ingredients in the above order (you should just be topping off the glass with the ginger beer)
Gently stir. Garnish with the ginger candy on a toothpick and enjoy!
