  1. Make a dough by mixing the flour, ghee and salt and leave it to rest for 10 mins.
  2. While the dough rests, make maggi according to the packet instructions and allow it to cool.
  3. Make equal dough balls using your hands and then roll each one out.
  4. Cut the rolled out circle in half, placing a small amount of maggi in each half.
  5. Close the halves and shape it into a samosa.
  6. Repeat the process till the entire dough is used up and then fry the samosas in hot oil for about 10 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
