Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onion along with green chillies and let the onions saute.
Once they turn translucent, add salt along with diced tomatoes and give it all a stir.
Add the red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder and garam masala.
Mix and once the masalas start to cook, add dried fenugreek leaves by crushing them in and mix it once again.
Let the tomatoes cook and once they become soft, add the tastemaker and half of the maggi masala-ae-magic and mix it well.
Add the water required to cook the maggi and let it come to a boil.
Now put the maggi cake along with half the amount of cheese in the water.
Cook the noodles and once done, put it in a serving bowl.
Garnish with the remaining cheese and mayo and serve hot.
