Ingredients
- 25 gms of Sorbet Syrup
- 2 cups of sugar
- 180 gm of liquid glucose
- 20 gm of inverted sugar
- 20 gm of Water
- glycerine
- 500 gm of lychee sorbet
- 25 gm of orange juice
- 100 gm of curd
- 5 gm of Lemon juice
- 100 gm of Sorbet Syrup
- 25 gm of gel mix

Instructions
- For the sorbet, mix sugar, liquid glucose, inverted sugar, water and glycerine well.
- For the sorbet, grind the remaining ingridents well in the ice cream making machine till set.
