Wish- Cherry
An easy cherry bread with real cherries and cream cheese.
  1. Preheat your oven to 350, grease 2 loaf pans and set aside.
  2. Drain cherries, reserving the juice.
  3. Give them a rough chop and coat them in about 2 tsp flour.Toss to combine.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and stir together.
  5. In another bowl add eggs, vanilla extract, oil, and cherry juice (reserve about 2 tsp of the juice for icing) and mix well.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Your batter will be thick, and it’s supposed to be, just make sure you don’t over-mix it!
  7. Fold cherries into batter and mix.
  8. Pour batter into greased loaf pans, bake at 350 for around 40 minutes. Check after 30.
  9. Add reserved cherry juice to a cream cheese icing and melt.
  10. Pour your icing over cake (after it has cooled) and serve!
