Quiches are a great way of saying “hey, here are a bunch of downright delicious ingredients that I’ve combined and baked into one even better – and scrumptious – piece of pie”. Because that is exactly what quiches are, a baked bundle of yummy fillings, joy, and happiness! Especially, savoury quiches. Speaking of which, here’s a truly mind-blowing quiche recipe for the red meat aficionados – a lamb quiche.
Much like most savoury quiches, this too will please your palate like no other. The preparation is a mildly spiced blend of cinnamon, paprika, seasoning, and lamb made creamy with some sour cream and feta cheese to top it off. Baked to perfection, this makes for an excellent meal option or even a great high tea snack!
