  1. Wash and drain the meat and grind to a coarse mince.
  2. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, poppy seeds, and papaya in a wet grinder.
  3. Add all the ingredients the fried onions, Kebab Chini, Garam Masala powder, mint, coriander and the paste and mix well
  4. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
  5. Divide the mince mixture into equally sized balls and grill over charcoal, or pan fry.
