Instructions
  1. Clean and dice the onion, tomato, capsicum.
  2. Now wash the coriander leaves.
  3. Take a kadai and place it over the stove. Add some oil.
  4. Once the oil is heated, roast the dals, chillies and the hing.
  5. When it turns golden, now add the tomato, onion and capsicum.
  6. Now add salt to taste.
  7. Stir and saute until the tomato turns mushy.
  8. Now, add the coriander leaves.
  9. Once the mixture cools down. Put in a blender or mixture and grind till smooth paste.
  10. In a seperate pan, add oil.
  11. Once the oil is heated, add the tempering ingredients and add it to the mixture. Mix very well and serve.
