Love for Coriander
Vadi time, anyone?
    1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
    2. Mix until the mixture is a smooth and thick batter.
    3. Now, put the micture in a microwave bowl or cooker.
    4. Cover the bowl.
    5. Microwave for 3 minutes on high setting.
    6. If the mixture is cooked and firm and toothpick or knife comes out clean.
    7. If not, microwave for a minute or two.
    8. Let it cool.
    9. Remove the steamed cake and put on tray.
    10. Cut into swuare shaped slices.
    11. Now shallow or deep fry till brown and crispy.
