Kokum is known to have multiple health benefits. It aids digestion and hence this Kokum saar makes for an appetizing as well as healthy drink.
Soak the kokum in cold water for 2 hrs & take out the extract.
Add the grated coconut in hot water allow to rest for 10 min, and extract the milk.
Repeat this process one more time and keep both the extract separately.
In the first extract of coconut add the kokum extract, mix well to get a creamy consistency and a pinkish color.
Check the consistency, if required add the second extraction.
Season it with salt, mix it well.
Garnish with 9nely chopped garlic, corianders leaves & serve it chilled.
