Ingredients
- 1 packet Knorr Tomato Soup
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 large onion roughly chopped
- 1 small Potato cubed
- 1/2 small Beetroot cubed
- 850 ml Water
- 2 Cloves
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 Bay Leaf
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Melt the ghee and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the potatoes, tomatoes, spices and herbs.
- Pour in the water and stir in the soup powder.
- Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve.
