  1. Beat the eggs and add water to make the mixture runny.
  2. Add the sauce until the mixture becomes orange.
  3. Combine the ingredients for the seasoning and toss the chicken in it.
  4. Mix together the flour and pepper and dip the chicken into the egg mix and coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a deep pot and fry the chicken until brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
