Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 425C.
  2. Place the butter in a cast iron skillet and heat the butter in the oven for four minutes.
  3. Sift the cornmeal and flour together. Make a well in the center of the mixture.
  4. Whisk the buttermilk eggs and bacon together.
  5. Pour into the flour and cornmeal well and stir.
  6. Pour into the skillet with the melted butter.
  7. Bake at 425C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
