Instructions
  1. Melt the palm sugar and water on a low heat until dissolved completely.
  2. Add the grated ripe coconut
  3. Keep stirring until the mixture reduces. Remove from the heat.
  4. Shape the filling into the bite-sized balls.
  5. Mix the sticky rice flour and coconut milk until smooth.
  6. Shape the flour mixture and spread it out. Stuff with the filling.
  7. Boil the rice balls.
  8. Mix the salt and coconut flakes. Roll the cooked balls in the coconut.
  9. Serve warm.
