Hot Wings Recipe
Crunchy, fiery hot wings.

  1. Marinade the wings in the buffalo sauce for a few hours.
  2. Whisk the beaten egg and milk together.
  3. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in another bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a shallow pan.
  5. Dip the chicken wings into the flour mixture, the egg mixture and then back into the flour.
  6. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Drain on a paper towel and serve and enjoy.
