Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to high broil.
  2. Cut the head of cauliflower into small florets and toss them in a bowl with the olive oil. Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Broil for 5-8 minutes or until the florets are tender and roasted.
  4. Meanwhile, place the heavy cream, jalapeno, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt into a saucepan or small pot over high heat.
  5. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Add in the cheeses and stir until melted.
  6. Remove the florets from the oven and toss in a large bowl with the cheese sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.

    Dear Mr. Ramesh,

    Before making comments such as “was the author drunk” you should read the recipe carefully – Cauliflower has been used as a replacement for Mac which is why this is a ‘Keto Recipe’ and hence macaroni is neither mentioned in the ingredients nor the steps. Also, the image used is just for illustrative purposes. I hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries please feel free to comment below.

    Was the author drunk while this recipe was posted? The title says it is Mac and cheese. Where is the Mac is mentioned in the ingredients or the steps? Why does the picture show Penne pasta? Why should one post a nonsense recipe?
