  1. Roughly chop onions.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan, add onions, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, ginger and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and sauté further for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pepper powder and mix well. Add chicken pieces and salt and mix well.
  5. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till the chicken is almost done.
  6. Add coconut milk and mix well. Cook on low heat till the chicken is done.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
