Instructions
  1. Add gram flour to a bowl, add in rice flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, nigella seeds, salt and water and mix well.
  2. Now dip in the spinach leaves and immediately deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Remove in a strainer and before serving place fried spinach leaves in a dish and add beaten curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, sev, chaat Masala and serve.
