Instructions
  1. Rub the chicken breasts with the lemon juice and season with the salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter and saute the onion and mushrooms for two minutes.
  3. Add the salt.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture.
  5. Cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the opposite side for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken and pour in the chicken stock and vermouth to the pan.
  8. Cook over medium high heat and boil until the liquid is syrupy.
  9. Add the cream and cook over medium high heat.
  10. Add the salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the chicken.
  11. Serve.
