The following recipe involves making the meatballs with ground beef, which is how its done traditionally, but you can switch it with minced chicken, lamb, and even goat meat! But make sure you have all the right seasoning because they play a key role in getting the taste right. So get ready to dish out some meaty Italian meatballs tonight!

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
  2. Use your bare hands for best results.
  3. Wet your hands slightly and roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Drop raw meatballs into large pot of sauce (your choice, but we suggest marinara) and simmer for about 3 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
