Pina Colada Recipe
In this version of the Pina Colada, I took a trick from my mum and swapped out the coconut cream for ice cream and added Malibu rum for the coconut kick – twice the sugar, twice the fun!

  1. Combine the rum, pineapple juice (you can sub in 3 ounces crushed—or whole—pineapple), and ice cream in a blender.
  2. Blend on high with 5 or 6 ice cubes.
  3. Pour into tall glass. Garnish with the cherry and/or pineapple. And there you have it! Vacation in a glass!
