Instructions
For the egg marination :
  1. Firstly, take a bowl, into it, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder.
  2. Make a paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies all together by adding a pinch of salt into those ingredients and add this paste into the marinade.
  3. Add beaten yogurt into the marinade.
  4. Crush the deep fried onions finely and add into the marinade mixture.
  5. Add black pepper corn powder and cardamom powder.
  6. Mix the whole mixture well.
  7. Add some oil and lemon extracted juice into it.
  8. Mix all the ingredients well.
  9. Add peeled boiled eggs into the marinade and carefully mix everything.
  10. Rest this marinade aside for 30 minutes.
For cooking rice :
  1. In a cooking pot, add water, add salt as per taste.
  2. Add whole spices such as cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, caraway seeds, bay leaf, black pepper corns.
  3. Bring the water to a boil.
  4. Add the soaked rice into it and cook it until ¾ th done(approx...80% done).
  5. Strain the rice and keep aside.
For the dum :
  1. In a flat bottom vessel, grease the bottom with some oil.
  2. Add the egg marinade carefully at the base of the vessel.
  3. Over the marinade add ¾th cooked rice all over.
  4. Spread the rice evenly.
  5. Garnish it with mint leaves, coriander leaves, deep fried onions.
  6. Add ghee all over the rice.
  7. Add some oil all over the rice.
  8. Add saffron infused milk all over and sprinkle lemon extract all over the rice.
  9. Cover the lid tightly.
  10. Switch on the stove.
  11. Place the tawa on the stove.
  12. Place the vessel over the tawa/gridle.
  13. Dum the biryani on high flame for 5 minutes.
  14. Put on sim flame and dum for 15-20 minutes.
  15. Egg dum biryani is ready to be served!!!
