  1. Blend the cranberry juice, raspberries (chopped into halves) and sugar together.
  2. Strain.
  3. Add the 1/3 cup of sour cream and refrigerate for two hours.
  4. Pour into soup bowls and top with the 2 tbsp of sour cream.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
