Mushroom Soup Recipe
A silky, warm mushroom soup.

Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the mushrooms.
  2. Sauté the onions, garlic and thyme in the butter for a minute.
  3. Add the mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Sauté for five minutes.
  5. Stir in the corn flour.
  6. Take off the stove and pour in the stock, stirring continuously.
  7. Place back on the stove and allow the mixture to come to a boil.
  8. Reduce the heat and simmer for two minutes.
  9. Take off the heat and add the heavy cream and cider.
  10. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
