Creamy Pumpkin Soup
A smooth, velvety pumpkin brew.

  1. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onions for five minutes.
  2. Add the pumpkin and toss for ten minutes.
  3. Add the chicken stock and stir well.
  4. Season with the salt and pepper.
  5. Allow the mixture to come to a boil and then turn down to simmer.
  6. Add the cream and bring to boil again.
  7. Take out of the pan and puree.
  8. Sieve into a bowl.
  9. Sprinkle the poppy seeds and almonds over the soup.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
