Hummus and Grilled Vegetable Wrap Recipe

    Method
    1. Brush the zucchini with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and grill it in a pre heated oven or in a grill pan till slightly browned.
    2. Spread hummus on the wheat wrap, place one or two zucchini pieces sprinkle salt and pepper.
    3. Place onions, bell peppers, baby spinach and mint leaves and wrap it all tightly together.
    4. Cut them in half and pack it for lunch!
