- 8 ounces Crab Meat
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery or 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Cajun seasoning to taste

- In a mixing bowl of a medium-size mix together all the ingredients.
- If you don't like canned soup you can make the mushroom soup from scratch as well.
- Now pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake the casserole at 350°F till its hot and bubbly which should happen in 50 to 55 minutes.
