Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions, chile peppers, habaneros and garlic.
  2. Cook till the onion gets softened and gets a tinge of brown.
  3. Keeping the flame on low, add tomatoes,vinegar, salt and sugar.
  4. Cook for five minutes while stirring once a while till the tomatoes soften.
  5. Transfer the tomato mixture to a blender and blitz till smooth.
  6. Sieve out the solids and leave the sauce to cool after which it will be ready for consumption.
