Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe (Hindi)

Because if your favorite brand can do it, you can probably do it better at home if you really put your heart to it. Especially foods that don’t require expert know-how like dips, jams, and sauces. Case in point, pizza sauce.

Instructions

1. एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और प्याज़ व लेहसुन को भुन लें जब तक वे नर्म हो जांए।
2. अब बाकी सामग्री डाल कर मिलालें और ३० मिनट तक उबाल पर लाकर पकाँए। पकने के दौरान बीच बीच में सौस को मिलाते रहें।
3. तुरंत इस्तमाल करें या फिर ठण्डा होने पर एयर टाईट डब्बे में डाल कर फ़्रिज में रखें।
