Instructions
  1. Begin by putting the oven on preheat at 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl take flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  3. Mix till combined.
  4. Now in another bowl, mix water, oil, vinegar, instant coffee and vanilla.
  5. Once combined, add to the flour mixture and make a batter by stirring.
  6. Line the moulds and fill 3/4th with batter.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or till done.
  8. Make the frosting by heating butter and adding sugar, cocoa, and salt.
  9. Mix this and in a bowl, stir heavy cream, sour cream, and instant coffee.
  10. Now add this mixture to the pan till the sugar has dissolved.
  11. Cool it down and once the cupcakes are at the room temperature, frost them with the icing.
  12. Refrigerate till you have to serve.
