• 1-2 पुदीने के पत्ते

Instructions

1. गन्ने को अच्छे से धो लें.
2. अब गन्ने के सख्त हिस्से को छुरी की सहायता से निकल लें.
3. अब गन्ने के अंदर के हिस्से को टुकड़ों में काट लें और अदरक के टुकड़े के साथ पीस लें.
4. ज़रुरत लगे तो थोड़ा पानी मिलकर फिर पीसें.
5. अब गन्ने के रास को मलमल के कपडे से निकल कर छान लें.
6. अब इसमें निम्बू का रस, काला नमक दाल कर मिलाएं.
7. गिलास में भरकर बर्फ डालें और पुदीने के पत्ते से सजाएं.
8. जल्द से जल्द इसको पी जाएँ.
