Hennessey Maple Old Fashioned
Add the sugar in the glass and add 4 dashes of bitters. Break sugar cube gently with a muddler or bar spoon. Now add 30ml of Hennessy Very Special and stir. Add ice and stir well. Once the ice settles, add the remaining 30ml of Hennessy Very Special and add more ice and stir again. Garnish with a orange peel and cinnamon stick
