  1. Toast one side of the bread slices on a baking sheet about 4-inches away from the broiler heat.
  2. Turn the slice and if using apply mustard on the uncooked side of the bread slices and place thinly sliced raclette sheets.
  3. Broil the toast till the cheese melts
  4. If you prefer sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
