Water
Instructions
Leave the water and slake lime mixture overnight and the water that remains up needs to be collected.
The water is to be poured on the pumpkin and rested for about 7 hours.
Drain the pumpkins under clean water and leave them soaked for about an hour.
Remove the pumpkin and add to another pot along with the 200 milliliters water and sugar.
Cook it for an hour or till he pumpkin is cooked and golden.
Mix in lemon and cook for 5 more minutes.
Cool and cut out the candy.
