Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, take the flour and butter.
  2. Mix well till you form a crumb-like dough.
  3. Now to this add sugar and egg mixing well.
  4. Sprinkle a little flour on work surface and fold the dough forming the pastry.
  5. Putting on a plastic wrap, toss the pastry in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, mix together the minced meat, satsumas, apple and lemon zest.
  7. Once the pastry has stayed in for 10 minutes, put the oven on preheat at 220 C.
  8. Now roll out the pastry and using a pastry cutter, make rounds of about 10 centimeters.
  9. Make about 16 rounds like these and put a little meat mixture in the middle of each.
  10. Beat an egg in a small bowl and brush the edges of the pastry with it and seal them up.
  11. Brush the ready pastries with the egg and then sprinkle the caster sugar on them.
  12. Before tossing them in the oven make small incisions on top of each pastry.
  13. Now bake them for about 20 minutes or till they turn golden brown.
  14. Serve hot.
