Instructions
  1. Make a marinade with the mustard oil, carom seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and yogurt.
  2. Marinate the chicken for an hour.
  3. Cook the chicken in tandoor until done, about 15-120 minutes.
  4. Add lemon Juice, chaat masala, and butter after cooked.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
