  1. Slice chicken breasts into halves. Add lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, garlic, orange juice, all-spice powder and paprika powder. Rub well and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. To make salsa, combine pineapple, radish, onion, lemon juice, jalapenos and chopped coriander and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the marinated chicken on it, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or till the chicken is completely cooked.
  4. Serve hot with pineapple salsa.
